Trying to see what other trinkets might be good for healing for M+. For context, I am ~2.4k io, so I am not doing higher end keys by any stretch and exclusively pug, so I feel that it’s a bit harder to DPS optimally with uncoordinated groups if I wanted to equip a DPS trinket. I also don’t raid, so I don’t have access to those trinkets outside of LFR.
I saw that the Miniature Singing Stone was high up on a Tier list, so I farmed for that and finally got it. It does about a 52k shield and bounces 4 additional times on a 2 min CD. In the few dungeons I’ve done with it, it does about 4-5% overall healing, and I don’t think I am using it optimally yet. Is this good for a trinket slot?
My other trinket is a LFR Chillglobe which helps with some damage and mana regen.
I do have a Ragefeather that I got while farming the Stone in NO, but again, looking for more healing oriented stuff.
Are there other glaringly good options I should look to replace the above with? Was thinking of the Alchemy stone perhaps when I get the upgrade mats.

Broodkeeper’s Promise is even better as it can do up to 9% on dungeons like SBG where you’re closer to the tank, but usually its around 6.7%. But it is an trinket you get from raid.
I’m curious about the Mote of Sanctification and the numbers it can do as I don’t have it yet. Seems like it would be really useful on fights like Hyrja as priests suffer from lack of good aoe healing.
I have a Broodkeepers Promise, with avoidance on it TYVM GV, and it does about 7-8% of my healing. I also use Emerald Coaches whistle, i really like the idea of also buffing a teammate and its got a decent uptime of over 20% according to my logs. I ask who wants the buff at the beggining and usually get an enthusiastic ME!
I use the singing stone and alchemist stone right now. Haven’t been able to get my hands on the broodkeepers promise yet but I farm it on normal/heroic every week in hopes of getting it. No luck yet!
I also have ragefeather and have been swapping out my singing stone for it. I finally got that last week and have been playing with it on some keys as I get more comfortable dpsing more.
I’ve done so much broodkeeper and every time it’s dropped (which is only 3 times) I’ve rolled horribly for it.
But yeah, the only healing trinket really worth anything is broodkeepers.
Generally, M+ healing trinkets are very bad. That’s been the case ALMOST every expansion now except for Legion - where Amalgam’s seventh spine was great (and is still good when legion M+ has come around). But it was a mana trinket rather than a healing trinket.
The problem tends to be that they’re either A.) completely unpredictable procs or B.) Tuned to be pretty bad overall. In fact, most healing trinkets even in raid are like this - but there’s usually a trinket so overtuned in raid that it’s worth having. That’s why you see healers use DPS trinkets so often - generally DPS trinkets are tuned toward DPS damage, which means they’re significant DPS gains for us when the healing trinkets are all kind of bad.
Singing stone is the best you’re going to get from the dungeons currently on rotation. But that doesn’t make it a great trinket. Coach’s whistle is a second best, but mastery isn’t a great M+ stat for priest, so it’s better for your partner (if you have a mastery hungry class in your group).
I got the Heroic Raz Spiteful Storm trinket from the weekly 4 dungeon quest this week and it does 3x more damage than the Ragefeather on single target damage and in situations where you’re not spreading the dot around.
Ragefeather + Spiteful Storm would be the best double dps trinket combination imho.
However, the power of the Broodkeepers Promise isn’t worth giving up because if you put it on a tank you just passively heal 4-7 million free healing in a dungeon which is saving 100+ spell casts.
It procs echo of light, which is nice for an Hpriest, and it’s a single controllable burst, but it’s still not a lot of overall healing and you have to lose int to take it.
This one’s not on our loot table, and good luck getting it from a DPS to check
