Darn, no changes to the 3rd boss in Everbloom. She’s going to be awful on high tyrannical.
“We felt that Atal’dazar was a little too easy on the first fort week of the season, so we decided to make sure its guaranteed to be bricked at the last boss on Tyrannical weeks to compensate”
IDK how this change even made it to the idea board, let alone implemented.
So did none of the current devs do this dungeon when it used to be current? Because this will absolutely just one shot most classes going forward with this change.
Good changes to most DGs, but a shame to put this buff on Atal’Dazar. It was the coolest and most peaceful thing to do, now with Tyrannical it’s going to be a pain.
I am not sure what you want nerfed about it? It’s a pretty straight forward fight. Kill adds, don’t stand in frontal, don’t kite boss WW through golden adds. It’s like the easiest one in that portion of the dungeon lol.
Not necessary, but it is what it is.
This is getting nerfed to compensate, right? I mean… at least back in BFA, if this cast got off it would absolutely smack someone…
POG.
Are any of these fixes addressing the “reverse snapping” cheating that’s been occurring in AD?
can you remove the walls and ceilings from waycrest
thanks
Yeah, she is going to delete hunters lol.
so do you guys just not want us to do atal keys next week or what?
like do you even play this game rofl what is that yazma change like hello do you guys know how much it hits ON FORT RIGHT NOW?
I’m sorry…but it’s stupid to buff any bosses before seeing data with a Tyran week. Do you trade your vehicles in for boats when a flash flood occurs only for the water to recede and you are left without a mode of transportation??? Stop being so short sighted.
Good changes but Muzrond’s Rise could use a time increaser 2-3 mins, would negate all the RP.
Except Yazma lol
Bro. Whut. You are going to offset the cast so it can’t coincide with the adds then? Or reduce damage by like 75%? Because this is insane. Or did you make it a magic effect? Because healing through this is a non starter
And reduce the duration and frequency of casts. Can’t wait to solo this every week for the last 10 minutes of every key because r the healer can’t deal with 3 people taking a combined 600k a tick.
There are settings between them week-1-3-chest and “dead key”
Making this change before Tyrannical is even out is not a good decision. This fight was already mechanically challenging enough with how much movement is required, and now Wracking Pain guaranteeing to hit like a truck, particularly on Tyrannical, will be hugely punishing. Either revert this change or significantly reduce the damage Wracking Pain does.
This is a terrible change that I implore the devs to rethink before it goes live on Tyrannical week.
Tuning the bosses around Fort is asinine.
Or their raid build, DH it’s literally impossible.
There’s ways around the debuff by pulling the swell back, it just directly contradicts why people love M+, which is pulling big and blasting, especially for it to be a gauntlet you have to split up into like 6 pulls.
They could also stop the corruption from respawning so you can melt them in between swell casts or pull them solo.
Or they could just like, remove the debuff like you said or make it a stacking dot to heal through instead like you’d expect in a gauntlet. Treat it like bursting and then get back to it.
So this means its a MAGIC dispel now right?
so people get 1 shot in +15’s 15 sec’s into the fight?
What about the grip ignoring pally bubbles, and other shielding cd’s?
What about every single caster lobbing off a volly and actively ignore the spell lockout that makes it unbearable to heal most keys?
Oh, I missed that…
I’m in tears from laughter now. What in the world kind of change is this?
So yazma’s wracking pain is just a healing check now, no counter play other than immunites and spell reflect?
its a 1 shot dot, drops everyone to 20% and ticks for massive damage. you’ll have 15’s to kill the boss. good luck.
I just can’t wrap my head around this Yazma change at all.
There is nothing fun or challenging about a cast that is unstoppable and hits for huge health (or in this case, as many have said, likely just one shots people).
If you want casual/mid players to give up early on yet another DF key season, this is how you do it. Then, like in both previous DF seasons, in week 8-9 when they’ve all gone you’ll nerf these down to a reasonable level.
IDK why you are so insistent that the first 1/3 of seasons be an absolute nightmare, but its getting old. Keys this week felt a little easier than last season week 1 and that was a good thing.
