Almost like there’s five billion dps who want and accept zero responsbility that push tanks/healers to play with people they know and like.
Damage dealer dies to something that’s 100% their fault and within 0.3 seconds are already going “ugh you had link man” or “my usual groups dont do this route”.
There isn’t ever a wait time to get a tank or healer currently in 16s. The groups can form instantly. Didn’t experience a wait all the way up to this point either.
But if you’re a DPS, there are certainly more of you, so the competition is more fierce. If you’ve only done all 8 on 11s and you’re applying to a 12 chances are there’s someone who has done 7 12s and they’re on their last 12, so their score is higher and they’ll get invited.
Host your own groups. You literally don’t have to know anything new other than how to host the group
All facts. Only thing I’d say is that the demand for meta specs seems to be getting worse each season. When I was still pushing score, I would routinely, almost constantly get declined from the last one or two 13s I needed. I suppose it’s possible every single shaman and druid that took my spot was also on their last 13 also, but that’s pretty unlikely. And it was always these two classes
I know your pain. There are too many elites players on the game now. The toxic levels are going to get worse before it gets better. This is why I push for AotC and 3k then bounce back out of the game. After 20 years, they should have fixed this stuff but clearly won’t.
FF XIV has a great system for grouping but too many toxic players in wow for it to work here. It would take a few years to flip al the players into better players if they did groups like FF XIV. we would have to wait for all the toxic trolls to leave and get a new wave of players in.
But do you really want a massive open world with large number of players cooperating with each other to achieve in-game objectives when all you do are small scale instance based content ?
If you’re 3k posting a 16 I’m not gonna apply (not you, idk your score just an example)
If you don’t meet the requirements of who’d I recruit to the key I wouldn’t apply.
I guess the question is what is no one applying to, and not you specifically just people in general. I apply to keys the same way I recruit others to my key. If you did the 15 you can come to the 16. Simple as that
But if there’s 100 people applying and they all did the 15 then I simply go off of score or higher IO
This doesn’t happen unless it’s 10 and below. And if that’s the case, make your own group to get your score up
I don’t get 3700 players applying to my key unless they’re helping a friend.
Host a 10 and you’ll see a drastic swing in scores though. That’s because sometimes higher scores people need to grab a few dungeons for their vault and they’re going to get picked over a lower score person. That’s just how it is.
If you get to 3k and go back to applying to 10s every week you’ll generally get an instant invite
