I have been running M+ dungeons for 2 days i did over 10 dungeons and still have not gotten any loot is that a bug or just really bad luck

I was looking in the forum for someone having my same issue. At this point I have done 15+ mythic dungeons without getting items, just gold. I opened a support ticket but I didn’t get help. Have you found something else about this issue?
Did you see others getting loot? each dungeon should drop 2 items, which means you have a 40% chance of getting loot. To get zero after 15 runs is insanely low chance of happening. There is a 99.95% chance of getting at least 1 thing in 15 runs.
Yeah. I least in my case everytime I didn’t get loot, other 2 people got one item
Today after 18 dungeons I finally got an item from M+ with my monk, the first of the week.
Im only getting loot when i do Azure Vault and i only get the Neck pc everytime im still not getting loot from any other dungeons i been running 15s and 3pcs of gear would drop and im still getting nothing
