I’ve noticed this a few times over the past few weeks, but it was happening after every resurrection/boss wipe in raid last night. The haste buff would not apply. The GCD is noticeably slower and the stats in the Character screen confirm it. I have to shift into cat or bear then back to humanoid to make it work. I can’t find any discussions about it online, so is anyone else having this issue?
