Just used my lvl 80 boost (from midnight expansion) on a brand new lvl 1 toon went through the windows choosing the spec and then nothing, now when I’m Logging in i get a double character creation screen. the lvl one doesnt show processing or anything i can log into it as well.
Same issue here, it ate my 80 boost and didn’t level up the character nor give me rep.
I’ve never made a post or commented on any forum post before but I am also suffering from this issue. I submitted a ticket but, knowing the support system, they will likely tell me to “Make a forum post.” I am very upset by the fact that my level boost was ate with no sign of the level boost going through.
Same here. My boost token is gone, the character is still level 1 and I can log into them at level 1. Chat bots and hiding any way to create ticket or talk to a human being isn’t very fun and not great customer service.
