Will I have flying in dragonflight if I were to boost a toon to lvl 70 or will I still have to get the achievements?
Well it’s not reputation based and it doesn’t auto unlock at 70. Pretty sure it is purely based upon doing the unlock quest line and I don’t think the boost mentions anything about that.
No, because the achievements are still required. None of the quests are completed when you boost to 70, so you still have to do all the main storyline questing in each zone, and also the exploration achievements.
