How am i suppose to get QL400-500 gear if these mofos posting expensive prices is there vendor that sells basic boe gear for fresh lvl 70 to transsition out of transmog to acual gear ?
By doing WQ and Dreamsurge stuff in DF or questing in TWW?
Why do you need ilvl 400 gear so bad you’ve gotta turn to the AH?

There none 
War Within has a decent amount of ILVL scaling going on, so you can get away with less than amazing gear at 70.
I ONLY have 340 gear and need to be LEAST 400+
That can’t be right. This character after I bought the cheap level 69-70 BoEs was still in the 300s with some pieces that were too expensive to upgrade at the ~200 mark when I started it.

end up going straight to heroics.

Look at the world quests, suffer through a few regular quests before you can dungeon spam. There are some pieces from level 70-75 or so that are really cheap on the ah if you get lucky.
It’s because some of these greens are set to LVL 70 when they are also at LVL 80, I’ve got a bunch of ilvl 545 or something like this in my fresh LVL 70s because some people mark them down for as little as 300 gold on the AH without realising what these items equip level is. The only item slot that isn’t brokenly OP like this is weapons which does not have LVL 80 items that can be equipped at LVL 70 like the rest of the slots.
Just do some quests, things die a little slower but they aren’t dangerous and as soon as you get a couple of pieces (particularly a weapon) you’ll be back to mindlessly murdering everything in seconds

Go do 20-30 quests and most of your gear will be swapped out. As it should be. The mobs aren’t going to murder you in WW.

If you haven’t played the character for a while, it’s pretty bad
I started leveling someone again and couldn’t even complete the dalaran scenario
I was ilvl 75 cuz I didn’t play them since Legion and just power leveled via the prepatch event
