Are their any BiS guides for warrior lvl 19 twinking on live I just keep getting stupid classic guides. I have disabled XP to stay at lvl 19.

Make your warrior
lvl to 19 then turn of xp
Do the auchidon dungeon quest, if the quest reward procs epic good if not delete your warrior and reroll
If you get the chest its time to que WoD dungeons, Farm wod dungeons until you have full warforged gear. Pick up eng for grenades and ghost iron dragonling trinket.
Here is my 20 priest showing the chest upgrade ( quest reward from auch its a chest for every class_ and the trinket every other slot you want will be farmed from wod dungeons, you want the war forged procs bonus points for socket procs.

In a nutshell, your BIS will be Warforged gear from WoD dungeons, along with a few TBC dungeon quests that reward socket gear that can upgrade to epic if you get lucky.
I hope you like running Draenor dungeons, it takes an average of about ~300 runs to get a full set of WF gear, more if you want socket+tert pieces.
Of note, if you solo Draenor dungeons you get at least one guarenteed loot drop from each boss.
Does 19’s even pop with xp off?
You can turn off xp with at level 19 in org in the fort with a cloaked forsaken for 10g.
