Lvl 12 with a mount?

I swear I saw a lvl 12 player with a mount. Is that a thing?

Draenei have a quest where they get to use a mount.

Back when I first started playing (mid Wrath), that quest was slightly brain breaking. You weren’t actually told how to ride, and a kodo is a big animoo, so it was pretty easy to get confused and lost.

Fun times.
