I checked my mana regen tooltip before and during lust and it was the same. Before I dish deeper does anyone know if lust effects mana regen?
…why would it? it gives you haste. haste affects casting and attack speed, not mana regen.
But it and haste really SHOULD increase mana regeneration. Especially for arcane… i mean the stat is practically worthless when all your damage is restricted by how much mana you generate.
So I guess nobody knows. I will test it tomorrow.
Haste doesn’t have any effect on passive mana regen. For Arcane, passive mana regen is increased via Mastery.
However, it does have a hidden effect on Evocation to ensure consistent mana regen even at absurdly high levels. So you’ll regen about the same amount of mana from Evocation at any Haste level.

For arcane…to be fair, it should effect mana regen because our damage is centered around mana and mana regen. Every other class haste is a straight 30% damage increase. For us it’s closer to 10% damage increase over one pool of mana.
Arcane does not have anywhere near the mana problems it had in the past, blizz fixed the mana issues in BFA. If you are having mana issues as Arcane then you’re gear has no mastery or you are doing your rotation completely wrong.
