So I really want to get lunarwing for my druid but I’m not sure how to go about it as she was max level before the squish and i didn’t go through any legion questing while leveling. Could I start legion quests when I get back to max level to get it?

Yes, they weren’t removed.
@OP, you have to finish the Legionfall campaign on Broken Shore in order to get the quest. I believe the base order hall campaign is also required but it’s been so long.

You have to finish class hall questing up to and including unlocking your seventh follower. The rest of the quests are on the Broken Shore at Deliverance point.
how do i finish the class hall quests? i think i started them at one point up to choosing an artifact, but now i can’t seem to figure out how to pick the quests back up.

It’s next to impossible for us to say without more information about where you left off. You can try going here, and clicking the “reveal spoiler” button to see if you can find the last quest you did:

Select “trivial quests” and look around in your class hall. Archdruid Greathoof will be trying to get you to do another weapon, but skip that. Keep checking him as you make progress, because he looks no different when he’s got another quest for you.

Funnily enough, I don’t think Legion quests are marked as trivial anymore because they’re so close in level to us now. But that’s usually good advice for old content anyway.
They are. At 111 legion quests disappeared if you hadn’t selected that option. So I presume at 46 now.
i figured it out! i didn’t realize that wowhead tracked completed quests. thanks!
