What exactly did this do when I used it? The only message I got from the game is that I unlocked a warrior tier helmet transmog…and i’m a shaman

i logged out of wow and battle.net and logged back in, it doesnt show the effects in the sets tab, it only shows it on the items tab, just click the shoulders icon in the items tab and it should show two variants of the shoulders pieces one with the effect and one without
Is it an extra glow effect or is it just the Mythic visual effect? Someone last night in guild was swearing up and down it unlocks the “mythic raid visual appearance regardless of which tier you have” – in this case they were saying you could get the warlock arms-shoulder appearance on a heroic track piece by unlocking this achievement.
tried closing out/logging fully out of bnet no luck. Looks like i only have the mythic/elite effects on helmet/shoulders and maybe belt(can’t confirm, but in tmog interface it gives the "unlock base version to learn this appearance). Mage for example has a mythic/elite effect on chest+gloves and both of those aren’t in my appearances.

Looks like the same bug from dragonflight is back. I remember it fixed itself eventually after about a month. Hoping the same happens here.
It gives the mythic/elite glow to lower sets, and the non-glow version to mythic/elite sets, once you unlock the default version of that appearance and have used the stone.
is it per char? or account-wide for all your alts?
Should be account wide.
