I just completed the achievement “Dust ‘Em Off” and while I got the title “Dustlord” it says I am missing one of the Luminous Dust’s and therefore I cannot buy the last item from Mothkeeper Wew’tam.

While I am not finshed yet, the achievement shows me at 78 but I only have 77 dust. Not sure what one I am missing.

I’ve also encountered this bug. I put in a ticket and got a reply back saying it was “resolved” but they didn’t send me the two remaining dust… I got the achievement, but am sitting at 8 dust, with one item left on the vendor I can’t buy.
Would love a blue post on this. Could someone direct me in a way to fix this issue?
This is the same case for me; Looted all moths; checked to ensure another toon (which wasn’t possible because I haven’t logged on them) didn’t have one dust - got achv but one dust short.
Put in a ticket and the response was
If you appear to missing 1 dust then to ensure our development team can investigate this further, I would recommend submitting a bug report on our forums. This will allow us to gather more information and work towards a resolution.
I have had the same issue, and received the same stock “if you think something is wrong please report on our forums” reply.
Same here. 119/120 dust with the achievement unlocked. The bugged moth was the one behind the Voidstorm portal.
Also at 119/120
Got the “Dust ‘Em Off” Achievement so i should Technically be complete
My friend is also stuck at 118/120 and also got the Achievement
So its probably got something to do with the loot side of things.
I also completely retraced my steps over every node again, but to no Avail.
Blizzard is aware and currently have no idea how to resolve the issue. I’m sure we will hear something in the coming days.
Just finished the achivement today. I’ve gotten all 120, but I am currently missing x1 dust and cannot get the mount. So I can’t get the mount.
I got all 120 moths and the achievement is on 119/120, there’s a moth showing on mini map for other caracthers but it’s not there when I go for it
i am at 119 dust and 119 for the achieve
i can find the one im missing on the minimap but theres no moth there, its invisible or maybe some kind of phasing bug i dont know
I’m also in the same boat as you. 119/120 no achievement, but I can see one on the minimap that isn’t there. I confirmed with someone else who could see it that there is supposed to be one there though, not sure why I can’t.
Update: I found the one I was missing. The one I was missing was not the phantom one that was appearing on the minimap, and was in fact in a completely different area.

I am stuck at 116. I found 1 on the minimap which is simply not there, and 3 that are no where. I have checked all the /loc for all 120.
