Lucky Red Envelope not showing in any bags, not mailed, not in bank. And no Elder’s Moonstone in any of those places either. I’ve supposedly received 3 after visiting 4 elders and nothing.

I’m having same issue as well. I did get 2 out of about 6. First time having this experience with the Lunar Festival.
