I’m not so sure about that, go hit a training dummy. I was proc’ing for I think about 800 damage every time it hit me. I’ll do some more testing but it looked pretty decent. The training dummy only hits 1-2 times a second, but even so it’s still 1-2k dps if there’s an icd that won’t let it proc more than that.
