If i tamed a lvl 25 wind serpent, how the pet get TP to train him if we are at the cap lvl already?

Run around with your flapzap, keep them fed and happy, kill stuff.

You need to get a certain amount of experience to raise loyalty. So even though the pet is 25, keep it happy and just use it and you’ll eventually get the level up to ‘best friend’.
