Loyalist should be allowed

When a person forces words or thoughts or beliefs in another mouth they do deserve and need 2 be insulted they ask 4 it

Actually we already know how this is going to go because we’re following all of the stoey beats of Garrosh, up to and including chasing a disgraced former war chief to a place outside of space and time.

So logically, this ends with sylvanas getting slapped down by a former comrade who does so with a heavy heart because they’ve realized that all of the potential sylvanas had was wasted.

applying any sorts of “canon” on PC in mmorpg is probably worst thing story department could do. You’re not allowed to RP, you’re canonized.

You have a blind adoration of someone (thus the term waifu) who doesn’t care about you in the slightest. Hence the term simp (as it refers to you).

Your personal sexual orientation is moot WRT these statements.

Whitewashing your “Queens” actions because you liked a previous incarnation of her character is not good for you.

I get it dude, I liked Sylvanas once too, The Classic - Cataclysm days were great for her character.

But I don’t know how anyone can call themselves a Sylvanas fan and not be put off where she is as a character now. The fact she was even Warchief is so UN-Sylvanas like in every way.

Blizzard ruined the character, and I can’t help but feel you’re just coping.

It’s not even about her either its about her story and believes and methods I’d follow anyone with those things she has she’s the last character alive with it and without her this game Its basicly hello kitty

Don’t we go and meet Sylvanas after she yeets off into the sunset after calling the Horde a bad name?

That seems to imply we still follow her.

So you just want a leader with a lack of empathy or morals, and deploys methods that achieve victory no matter any sacrifice?

History both fictional and reality has proven those leaders and their followers are always defeated and dismantled in the end.

Oh rlly vlad, Elizabeth bathory or in. Vampires lestat or Dracula from castlevanis or Jack of blades on fable

I think people like you are a good argument for why a 3rd Scourge faction would likely be really popular.

If you want to support genocide, go for it. You just don’t get that choice in game.

I’d be fine if kel thuzard returned it Arthas or anbubrank the crypt lord dude or archimond or any of those but she’s the last one.

Yeah, especially since she had her dark ranger groupies murder the members of the council who weren’t the cartoon villain ‘death to the living’ stereotypes that she wanted all the Forsaken to be. Heck, she had all of them killed anyway…even the ones still loyal to her and trying to obey the order to return. Why someone would choose to be loyal to a leader that paranoid and evil is beyond me. If you want a totalitiarian leader who only wants your blind obedience and kills you the second you show independant thought or want to leave, why not just stay under the Lich King? (Arthas, not LK lite Bolvar). At least Arthas never pretended to care about the Scourge or that they were anything but slaves to be disposed of when no longer needed.

Sylvanas never cared about the Horde. Even in vanilla the introduction voice-over for the Forsaken makes it clear that she only joined the Horde in an alliance of convenience and that as a whole they held no true loyalty to it.

Pre Edge of Night I at least thought she cared (or as much as she was capable of the emotion) for the Forsaken (and her sisters and Nathanos), but they threw even that out the window. Sylvanas cares about herself and her continued existence and nothing else, and I have zero doubt that unless they try to pull a 180 on her in Shadowlands, she’d throw Nathanos, Alleria and Vereesa into a fiery pit if it guaranteed her immortality and freedom from the Maw.

what joy is there in forfeiting your body to her, you will die for her, then she will rez you multiple times and then you will die multiple times and then when you become a skeleton, she will just reanimate you to fight for her once again, lol, what a terrible way to live

I’ve wanted a Scourge/Legion faction for years.

Her approach to leadership was an utter failure owing to her not understanding the core ethics of the horde’s constituent members or what drove them, and even for someone like myself who tries to look at war from an objective standpoint she was absolutely miserable at it with a greater emphasis put on carnage then on actual achievable goals.

Like the horde could have been in a position of absurd strength by siezing darkshore, since it would have locked down the only secure port that the alliance had (rachet and Theramore are too close to Orgrimar to be safe) and effectively held Teldrasil hostage, thus allowing the horde to dictate terms to the alliance (likely full control of Kalimdor’s mainland south of stone talon mountains and a DMZ in darkshore and ashenvale) and ensuing full control of the largest supply of azerite on the planet.

Simple, clean and efficient. The sort of move that would have been praiseworthy amongst the horde and wary earned respect from the alliance with minimal mess or collaterol damage.

Instead we got a sprawling conflict that served no purpose other then to gut the military s of both of azeroth’s major factions.

But then I guess a tantruming edgelord on the internet would absolutely adore this form of leadership.

She also ditched you.

I don’t know about the others, but Lestat definitely isn’t portrayed as “a leader with a lack of empathy or morals” who “deploys methods that achieve victory no matter any sacrifice”. He does way too much philosophical angsting for that (like most of Rice’s main vampires), but I’m guessing you skipped over those parts.

You come across as someone with a very simplistic, black-and-white way of looking at things (e.g. it’s all either murderhobo funland or hello kitty, no in-between) for whom subtleties and nuance are closed books. It makes it hard to take your, uh, “arguments” seriously.

If that was about what it was about then I’d agree but its not…

Look at the characters we have she is our last dark lord them ed character we get to enjoy and fight along with… yet the hippie night elf’s still live and the jesus orc lives… but they take away the cooler and more deep characters…

And then have to nerve to say those who were loyal guess what your not because were a Christian game that doesnt approve does call for rage and insults they asked 4 it…
