I’ve been away for about 6 months. I started doing the new quests for Visions and helping Saurfang. I was curious if there was an alternate quest line where you could be loyal to Sylvanas or did I mess that up a while back when I helped Saurfang a few patches ago? This is a role-playing game after all so I found it a bit strange that my character’s helping Saurfang when I know they’d be a loyalist. But, like I said, I might have missed that opportunity a while back and now I’m stuck with it. No big deal really, just curious more than anything. Thanks!

Can’t confirm, but I’ve heard several people saying the option to be loyal to sylvanas is gone. So it’s probably just gone for good.
It’s not like you’ll get anything out of it though, you’d even miss a toy if you’d go for it.

choice inititally was in redridge when Zekhan asked you to help Saurfang and you can call him a traitor.

Seems bugged a bit atm but there is a thread that talks about this and it was confirmed it is still there just not triggering I guess like it used to or idk

Well after the conclusion to her basically saying “Im glad you helped me and stayed loyal to me but even you won’t live through what I got planned”(meaning you will die alongside everyone else for the shadowlands dude) there’s no loyalty to have to her, shes a straight up villain.
