Loyal Customer rewards not reflected correctly

I have unlocked Loyal Customer III on the Gallagio rewards track, however my buff only shows level II i.e. 6% buff

Yes I had something similar. Am on Gallagio rewards level 9. On teleporting back to the inn (in the raid), Paula Piranha had the three quests availalbe for bronze, silver and gold. handed in bronze and gold, couldn’t hand in the silver as I had done that already (I already have the Loyalty Rewards Card: silver).

Problem is I believe that card should have been replaced with a gold card? And I should be getting a 9% loyalty buff (I am only getting 3%?)

WowHead says you have to destroy the Silver card in your inventory to redo its quest after the renown reset.

…players will want to be sure to visit Paula Piranha early in order to accept and turn in Loyal Customer: Silvet and Loyal Customer: Gold again, as they were also reset with the rollback (note this may require destroying your Gallagio Loyalty Rewards Card: Silver since you can only hold one at a time).

OK thank you - I missed this. Will try this fix when I am next in raid. I did do the bronze and gold quests without deleting/redoing the silver so it might be messed up.
