Toys in general can be used to disrupt zones when you get some people together and spam down everything you have.
I’m okay with not making that easier by reducing/removing cooldowns.
Also, many toys are just inherently silly and intensely visible to OTHER players. I don’t want to play in a world where everyone is running around as a giant crab or elemental or skymirrored tree or with giant gaudy wings on their back (oops, Shadowlands made that worse).
I am 100% okay with not allowing people to maintain transformations / visual additions indefinitely.
If I can have an option to disable ALL toy effects and visuals, then, sure I guess.
Don’t want players having too much fun 
So what you want is an option to not see other peoples toys effects

Besides removing the CD on toys, I want all toys to be available for use NO MATTER THE ZONE, Blizzard! Like, why can’t I use this toy anywhere else but Draenor?! I never go there, so I’ll never use it!

I have a feeling the only reason for this is due to people doing bad things which is why this is needed.
But it would be nice if at some point a Blizzard dev could respond to this cause I’m sure many might want to see the reasoning if possible.
I’d be happy to see my 12 hour transmog beacon cooldown reduced. It’s super fun.

i hope one day they come find this and see the cooldowns should be removed
or even better make it an item that you have to earn or craft to remove the cooldowns from your toybox
This is hilarious. My hubby and I were just talking about this. Some of the cool downs on toys are just outrageously long. They totally need to be shortened. I need to be able to plant my flowers and lunar beam rapidly.
