Believe you are correct. They doubled down on power leveling. Even though knew it was something a lot of folks have done for a very long time. Still also believe that a 90% nerf to it was overkill imo. And the big nerf to raf was also overkill. Just my opinion, but seriously its a flippin videogame. As long as people are paying them to play, who gives a flock how people level their cartoons? I never cared if folks did it. It in no way affected how I play, or played ever. I find it hilarious tha…
