um yea so
just did some world quests on an alt and the spawn rates were terrible. I mean I don’t think I’ve waited this long for mobs to respawn for wq’s ever…there were a lot of people just flying around waiting and killing 1 mob at a time.
I know they nerfed hyper spawning because of course Blizzard takes away everything fun or related to making gold fast. But damn this was a WQ and I thought they were adamant about “respecting our time behind the keyboard”. Anyone else notice this or am I nit picking

Yeah some of the WQ’s feel dated in their mechanical designs.
For example the one quest where you have to collect 12 rocks but the rocks are surrounded by mobs and the rocks are 1 per spawn, opposed to almost every other quest objective where everyone can loot it.
And the one where you have to kill like 12 worms I believe? Awful spawn rate.

I noticed this yesterday. Was trying to do some AK world quests and needed to kill 12 Silkbinders or something. There was like 15 people all flying in a comical circle around a small building, desperate for a mob to kill. It was 1 part funny, and 4 parts annoying. I ended up leaving after only getting 2 kills in 10 minutes…
Only to get to another world quest and run into the saaaaame issue.

Yeah I was there too, it felt like classic wow on a flying mount.

Got the Azj-Kahet world quest yesterday and it was brutal. Only a handful of mobs, long spawn time, makes no sense in the new era. These things should respawn not only much quicker but there should be much more of them.

Yeah some of these spawns feel like I’m back in EQ waiting in line for a mob spawn. They way overtuned it in the other direction.

was this quest in Azj Kahet…I had a similar WQ where 10 of us were flying a round floating circular building waiting for mobs to respawn
