Hello all, I have a question about low level twink PvP. If I am starting fresh, using a non-sub account, and not mailing my new toon any gold, bags, anything, what class, race, and level (19 or 20) do you think is best?
Also, if you freeze your exp at level 19 and go into BG finder, does that put you in a different queue then non freeze exp players?
