Is there a way that you guys can add an option somewhere to change the “trivial quest” icon in the minimap to something a bit more visible? I can’t see the darn things!
Well, yeah, Ryan, you’re Blind!
Hah. Nevertheless, they should be able to add the option for more visible trivial quest markers on the minimap. Whoever thought that barely-visible icon was a good idea…
They should make them a different color like neon green. I would say white, but they would be hard to see in snowy areas.
do you play on a tiny screen?
do you have issues seeing certain colors?
(not being a meany-head, just genuinely curious… my eye sight is terrible, my mini-map is zoomed all the way out, and i have no problem seeing them)
that would be a flight path.
Its not 9 am here, so my brain is not fully awake yet.
I play about 3 inches away from a 21 inch monitor. I use a bunch of addons to make the game more accessible to me and I’ve replaced the font with Arial Bold. I’ve managed to make literally every other facet of the game playable for me (and shoutout to blizzard for doing as much as they have thusfar.) The trivial quests invisibility is my final issue. Personally, I’d like them to make them a slightly lighter yellow or, alternatively, a “show all quests” tick on the interface menu.
Show quests on minimap/world map:
Dailies
Weeklies
Repeatables
World Quests
Trivial Quests
someone might know of an addon which will brighten or change the color of the quest markers
The only one that exists doesn’t work anymore.
Have you try changing helm?
Maybe it is the reason you done see well. (We can even see your eyes)
Game menu > Interface > accessibility > sliders for colors and brigthness
Yeah, that doesn’t work. The icon is dark yellow. It blends into almost every map. It’s the exact opposite of what a quest marker should be. And I’m not the only one who thinks this should be fixed. It’s not like it would even take much to do it. Even changing it to the normal yellow quest marker would be good enough. I just want to see where they are so I can do them.
It has been several years since the OP, and yet this problem still exists!
Does any one know of a working add-on that fixes this problem, please?
Thanks,
Franklin
