Low Level Quest Reputation Rewards (in Retail WOW)

I’ve seen conflicting reports on this, so I thought I’d ask here. When you complete a low level quest (assuming you’re not in Chromie time and playing retail), I understand that the exp reward for quest turn-ins is reduced. Is that the same for reputation though?

I’ve seen comments that indicate reputation rewards for quest completion is also reduced for low level quests, but I’ve seen suggestions that this was changed at some point and rep no longer gets reduced.

Can anyone confirm?

I wanna know if the money lords or what ever in Undermined counts toward the rep achive, i have 80 reps, would be nice to get 90 , and i know the renowns dont count which is stupid

the parent rep “the cartels of undermine” won’t count since you don’t exalt it, but the 5 separate cartel reps underneath it will since you do exalt those.

I think it depends on the content. With Dragonflight, if you already did the quests on a character, you don’t get rep on another character. Except if it’s rep tokens.
