Hi everyone. I just wanted to ask how do do people equip their low level alts with high level transmog gear. I know it has level requirements, so, how would I be able to do it?
It depends; there’s some sets that aren’t level restricted in transmog, and then there’s variants of items that have much lower, or varying, level requirements. The ensemble set from Trial of Valor has no level requirement, or at the very least it’s incredibly low.
Heirlooms are also mostly of items that were level 50-60 once upon a time.
There are some sets that aren’t level restricted, but now transmog generally goes by the level range corresponding to what expansion you are in (after you’ve learned the piece in the first place.) Your level 1-60 characters can use vanilla looks, 60-70 burning crusade, etc. The annoying thing is that there are overlaps when you can learn the next expansion’s looks like burning crusade greens at level 58, but they can’t be used until lvl 60. (Unless they’ve fixed it somehow.)
It is still challenging to transmog a leveling character, but not as difficult as it used to be.
