Low GPU and CPU usage. Well, worse than before the new patch

The stuttering aside (which has been a thing since Dragonflight pre-patch), in Dornogal the GPU sits at around 50% usage with only 80 fps, while the CPU is at about 10%. Has anyone been able to tweak settings to force a higher GPU usage?

Since WoW is an old game with poor threading, it’s likely the GPU is idling because the CPU isn’t keeping it busy. Since that’s fundamental to the design, I doubt there’s anything that can change that.
