I’m not even sure if this is the right area for it…but here goes! I logged in today after taking a break for a few months, and noticed that my game was lagging like crazy. I checked and saw that my FPS is hanging out at like 10-12 FPS. Looking around google it seems it should be much higher but I’m not sure how to fix it. I’m not a super technical person either…any suggestions?
Go into the settings while in the game.
Under the advanced graphics, change from direct X 12 to 11 legacy.

If you haven’t played for some time another thing to try is the standard UI reset. I’ll link the support page detailing the procedure.

I’m sorry it took so long…but I eventually fixed the issue…and then got a new laptop ha ha as the one had was about 8 years old
