Extremly Low drop rate mounts should have a token in the case you dont get it. For examample in order to get invicible reins you need 1000 tokens, for other less fancy mounts like tomb stalker you need 500. It would help to manage the frustation when you have farmed so many times a raid or dungeon and you get nothing, even gold bc the nerf.
im on my 300 guldan try and 700 lich king kill and on and nothing yet.
Thanks

Nah it’s fine the way it is. They’re just cosmetic items.
The green wyvern goes just as fast as the Heavenly Onyx Cloud Serpent.

Only for holiday mounts (Horseman’s Reins, Brewfest mounts, Big Love Rocket) and probably the world boss mounts (those dropr ates are absolutely abysmal).
Raids/dungeons/rares you can run daily/weekly all year long with, what I consider, appropriate drop rates.
It’d be less frustrating if some of these old and long raids finally got skips. Wouldn’t really affect the drop chance, just cut down time being wasted just getting to the specific boss. But then again, some people will moan and groan about it if it got added in.
Back in my day we had to do all of Siege to farm stuff from Garrosh, and it was in the snow with classic 20% speed mounts and no fancy classes like Demon hunters.

Thank you for telling me a story and not getting aggressive about it like some people have in the past when I asked for a skip.

Eh no reason for anyone to get upset over stuff like that, I mean I would probably farm more of the missing raid stuff if it wasn’t a slog on each character (especially those without real movement abilities) every week to get to the bosses.

There should be a middle ground, RNG is really low for some mounts, SL included some rares with mount that were also added to a vendor as bad luck mechanics.
If Blizzard want to involve new players into collecting, the fact that you must do as many Alts as possible just to beat the odds of several slot machines in game should be changed.

I’d like to see weekly id removed for legacy content, if a player want to spam an old raid for mog or a low drop cosmetic, let them do it, the current formant just incentive collectors to do an army of alts and a new player won’t find this appealing.
The stench of entitlement.
I don’t see why not. You’re still running the instance 1k times, but at least you know there’s an end to it.
You only have to run content 100 times (or less if the extreme drops more than one totem) on FFXIV to purchase the mount. They only add it to the vendor after the content is no longer relevant, too.
pauses … “green wyvern”?
(I politely assume you meant windrider and not some super secret uber-rare drop?)
