it seems like my dps is lower than other havoc demon hunters. i am only 390ilvl and i was wondering if better gear will help my dps or does it somehow scale?
It’s just the gear. It looks like you just boosted that character. The chest has no Azerite traits which will really hurt you. Most of the other Havoc demon hunters your seeing are probably 415 to 440 item level which makes a huge difference and their amulets are level 75.
