I want to come back but playing classic era for so long has kind of killed my desire for ultra zoomer rotations.
I want to play melee, I generally prefer Agility melee but I’m looking for something with lowish apm or not a massively complicated rotation. just 4-5 main buttons + cds.
I thought DH would be that but forgot momentum exists.
any thoughts?

You don’t have to play the momentum build. DH is probably still up there in APMs though. Other than that you could try arms.
Sin rogue maybe i think its a few buttons

Fury Warrior Annihilation build I think is low APM.
Yeah i could try arms, I generally prefer agi though
If theres a no momentum option that might be the play. I like the lack of ability bloat on DH
Yeah, I mostly shy away from str or int classes though.
Windwalker is 56 as well. Havoc DH is 75.

That was probably before the rework
According to the site, the sims are for 10.1.5 and were updated as recently as today
Fury warrior has high API, but you’re only pressing two or three keys.
Wait are you talking frost mage or frost DK?
DK. OP is specifically looking for a melee class
That’s my mistake. I honestly forgot frost DK existed and when I saw frost I naturally thought frost mage.
My bad

Haven’t played it this expansion pack, but does survival have a lot of buttons on a core rotation?
I find feral very chilled to play. Last season it was the lowest apm melee in Vault of the Incarnates, and not a lot changed in its playstyle with the new tier set this season. You can drop Bloodtalons for Lion’s Strength and you’d only be losing like 2-3% dps overall and the playstyle would be even more slow/chill.
Yeah i was considering feral. I have a strong dislike for cat form though because it loses transmog and the fov makes the cat look less like a tiger and more like a housecat. maybe thats changed? i do have all the magetower and artifact looks though

WW was my main for so long but i quit for 2 reasons, you rotate 9ish skills due to mastery so it feels bloated and the lack of weapon use.
id still play if the rotation got down to 5-6 buttons though
Same. I use sparkle kitty forms mostly but I do like the tiger/troll looking forms from the balance of power questline. Feral in m+ is fun. Big pulls you get to go WILD.
