Can anyone recommend me a dps class with low apm and utility for mainly m+ and the occasional (Normal) raid?
I mainly play balance and hate the ramp up time as most things die before I even get going. I tried to play Demon Hunter and it hurt my hands so I’m looking for something easier to play. Something with movement would be great too!
Augmentation Evoker.
Dev Evoker is lowest APM class in the game but not popular because Aug exists.
Augmentation Evoker or Ret paladin.

Destro lock possibly if you want to stick with a caster instead of melee. Healthstones and battle rez are nice utility, and sometimes gateway is handy to have.
Maybe not a super popular M+ spec, but quite easy to get into pug raids (everyone loves summons!) and the only dot is Immolate so not a lot of ramp up. The downside is you have to cast so in lower keys dps might be lower if you have melee in the group.
BM Hunter is also pretty low apm, annd still ranged, and everything is instant cast. The only thing you have to keep track of is your frenzy stacks, but it’s fairly easy.
I play both and I love my warlock, it’s a slower rotation than BM, but I find BM so relaxing to play overall. I don’t really play melee so I can’t offer much advice there.
Just go tank, the game needs more of those and it seems to be exactly what you’re looking for
Ide recommend Prot warr, Gdruid, or BDK to start, maybe Prot pally
Balance druid I think is reasonably low APM.
They got pretty good utility too. Never seen anyone bellyache about having a Druid in the group.
Edit: in all seriousness though, I’m thinking if you want a good front-loaded burst combo class that can burst with the big hitters and still have utility - frost mage. But it won’t meet your low APM requirements.
And if you wanna swap out the utility for lower APM - go warlock. Demo thrashes everything on the charts.
