I would love to see all reps from all xpacs including vanilla go throughout all characters like how they did with dragonflight reps.

They’ve already confirmed at BlizzCon and in several developer interviews that they plan on doing this over time. It’s a technical thing that takes time to figure out on their end, more than anything else.
