Why does my Living Flame only kill critters? I thought it was supposed to heal allies. Are critters our enemies?

I had a hard time accepting being a boring human female since I usually play Draenei and elves but I think I’m warming up to it. Too bad we can’t choose visage

I main Worgen so I already play a race where I switch forms constantly, gives me the best of both worlds!!!
I do with I could be a troll dragon though for sure

Initially made it just to check out the shiny new thing. Fell in love with it almost instantly. Pres Evoker is the most fun I’ve had healing in this game in years. Definitely maining it into Dragonflight.

I was hesitant with leveling one on beta. Part of it tho was that they threw you into leveling with 190 ilvl and that was not a fun experience. Lol.
But the more I’ve played it (on beta and on live) it’s seriously grown on me.
This has been the most fun I’ve had healing since Monk first released. This is good, because I was seriously getting bored with the game and having a hard time finding something to play because I’ve played everything into the ground lol.
About two weeks into beta I decided my evoker would end up being my main. I just wish that if I had chosen identity active and used something that required dragon form as soon as I finished using that ability it would pop me back into my visage. But, I’ll take what we have. Cause what we have I’ve been begging for for worgen since about halfway through Cata.

There’s an ability for that. In spellbook under General, it’s called Chosen Identity and is a racial ability. Toggle it on and it pops you back to visage form after leaving combat.

I also love my visage, he’s handsome. I loved the red hair so much i built a look around it. Wish i could use him in combat, but alas. Maybe some day.
I think they meant that when you use things that put you in dragon form out of combat, that the racial would auto-revert you after.
Like if you use hover, deep breath, or rescue out of combat it puts you into dragon form without putting you back.
Or they meant they just want to be in visage form more in-combat, which i relate to.

This is not a wow vs ffxiv comment (don’t even actively play ffxiv right now) But i remeber when Veira race was released some devs worked on their own time to make sure the facial tmogs worked on release as Viera had a different rigging asset from all the other races.
As one of the expansions selling features I would have expected a little more attention to detail. Half of my tmog sets just don’t show up and and the other half that do are missing pieces, weird pieces too like gloves and legs. Also dragon form only being belt and shoulders is no excuse we have Worgens their body type is the same.
