Love in the Form of Muffins

Muffins are love. Muffins are life. I bake muffins once a week and have found myself identifying as a muffin in the depths of my dreams. You should all make muffins. It is a very therapeutic activity. Here are some good autumn muffins you can make. Make these muffins. Eat the muffins. Be the muffins.

1) mix bowl #1:
1 1/2 cups of self-rising flour
1/2 cup of whole wheat flour
3/4 cup of sugar
1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt

2) mix bowl #2:
1/4 cup of sour cream
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 diced apples

3) mix bowl #3:
3 tablespoons of melted butter
3 tablespoons of canola oil

4) mix bowl #4:
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1/8 teaspoon of ground cinnamon

5) mix bowl #1 and bowl #2 together to create the dough

6) mix bowl #3 into the dough

7) fill a muffin tin with the dough (use paper cups so it doesn’t stick)

8) spread bowl #4 on top of the dough

9) bake for about 20 minutes at 425 degrees fahrenheit

10) start eating your muffins
