Literally you can farm out in the world and get like 1 herb and hour with the way these layers are set up with 1 stupid megaserver. So done cancelling payment method today, can’t take these megaservers no more.
Unless TBC goes back the older type of servers I’m done. I hope you/everyone else still gets joy out of this.

You could play on classic era if you dont like the anniversary stuff

The change just happened, everyone is scrambling for black lotus and the zones are packed. It will calm down.
im going to xfer my toons from anniversary when it ends to era and probably shelf them tbh, that is if we don’t get more than 1 server

While I do strongly advocate for Classic Era, in all fairness the only reason all this stuff isn’t an issue there is because Anniversary is FotM and that’s where everybody is. Prior to anniversary’s launch the main clusters were pretty bad too, much more so at their peak popularity.
Sadly, all of these issues come with the original game’s design being forced into the large server model. The only reason Era is so awesome right now is that servers are playing with populations the game was meant for. Sadly, that’s a delicate balance and we’re one player driven HC challenge or fresh movement away from that being upset.
