Just lost it as well. Was doing a dungeon, came out, and got a notification I lost the title. 
likewise. I logged in, checked mail, went to fly away and it happened. about 4 minutes ago.
Me too. Just logged in and the yellow text popped up to say I lost the title. Still have the achievement but the title is gone from my list.
Same logged in the first time today, grabbed mail then noticed the announcement of the lost title.

Same, was just standing in Dornogal when it told me I lost it lol
Same here, I had it and when I joined a party it poofed. Left party, rejoined, still gone. Character was also in Dornogal, just about to go questing. I still have the achievement, though.
Adding my name to the list, lost it as well account-wide.
This just happened to me as well. I saw a message appear in my chat log which stated that I lost the title.
"You have lost the title “Maruke, Champion of the Dragonflights”.
