I’ve never had COVID up until the past week. Only way I knew I even had it was lost my sense of smell and a little congestion. Then it was over 2 days later, testing negative now. I’ve gained back just a tiny bit of the ability to smell things, and it’s just right now.
This was the best thing ever. I’m so sensitive to smells and perfumes, many give me a huge migraine. I don’t like the smell of strong scented foods as well. I wish I could keep this “symptom” forever!
How many of you had the loss of smell, how long did it last?
how can you do zaralek caverns now with no smellies?
The first time i got covid was the omicron variant. it was kind of nasty. i lost smell but not taste. smell was gone for like 3-4 days iirc.

dont say you dont want the smell back
that could be bad for your health
That sucks, I got it earlier this year for the first time and was so mad.
Three godamn years of avoiding it 
knocked me off my feet for two weeks.

I got the Kraken variant back in May and lost taste and smell for like 2 weeks. Granted I had Strep A on top of Covid so that might have had something to do with it.

Ouch. Strep is rough. 2 weeks isn’t a long enough reprieve. I was hoping smell gone for 3 months or more 
But the loss of smell also reduces your ability to taste.
Pizza won’t be the same now. :(. Least for a while.
My sense of smell was dulled a few weeks but it returned.
My coof lasted about two weeks too tired to play wowo but the headache kept me awake lol it sucked.
i had almost no sense of smell for a week or so, then it slowly came back over the next couple of weeks. our older daughter lost her sense of smell entirely for months and after a year still didn’t have it all the way back.
it’s wild how variable symptoms are.
