You could get a million honor and lose rank.
If everyone else in your server farmed 10 million.

The highest during last week had 600k according to honorspy, I guess if you don’t have the addon it wont show up.
Ummm that’s not alot of honor at that level.

Your honor amount isn’t really all that relevant, just your standing/bracket against your rank.
Super relative to server and faction.
Honor spy will record anyone’s estimated honor regardless of wether or not they have the addon. Anytime someone with the addon gets within so many yards of another player it can gather their info.
If you lost honor it means there’s more people in your bracket pushing harder than you are. Your gains and losses is directly attributed to the honor you gained compared to the honor other players gain. So if you got 125,000 and x amount of players (dependent on your servers number of total players gaining honor each week) beat you out, you’ll lose honor.
The same goes for if you farm 1 million honor. It doesn’t matter if you’re not keeping pace with other honor farmers.

Does seem a little…weird that 125k honor would bring you backwards 10%. That would require like 500k to rank up from 9 to 10 seems really high regardless of server.

600K is what 14 is shooting for on my server. I feel sorry for any server that has R10 set for that.
Other people got more honor than you.
The whole country is stuck at home, honor requirements are going up.

The people pushing honor requirements up aren’t going to stop doing so for a 20 man raid with below average loot that can be cleared in 30 minutes.
Hell, the honor requirements didn’t go down with BWL. You think they’ll go down for ZG?

Funny thing is most the people on my server that are forcing the rankers to push harder, are the rank 6’s getting 5x the honor they need thinking they will gain 3 ranks in 1 week.

It’s a bug. The system is not counting all of your honor. I had the same thing happen a few times already with in the past month. I did a ticket and blizz watch their hands with the problem. They blame it on the addon. The official response I got was basically its not them its you. They can’t do anything and summit it as a bug report.
