glad i stumbled upon this thread! i recently lost just shy of 3800 badges in a warband transfer, and after days of useless back and forth, all i got out of customer service was AI-composed cut and paste responses to submit a bug ticket, and they cannot find any evidence there were transfers between characters in my warband (i swear they were trying to insinuate i was going through the days-long agony of current day blizzard customer service to swindle 3788 timewalking badges out of them, lol). i ended up just shaking my head and abandoning the ticket.
anyway, you’re not alone, OP! i’m not holding my breath on getting those badges back, though.

yeah same, I did the math and apparently I just need to run about 1000 time walkings to get back what I lost, nbd - glad yours was a little less tragic

If you want a Time walking buddy we can team up and get some badges.
Just wanted to mention that you can trade Bronze Celebration Tokens for Timewarped Badges at the vendor (Historian Ma’di) in the Anniversary event area.
She sells Box of Timewarped Badges (contains 500 Timewarped Badges) for 25 Bronze Celebration Token.
She also sells a Satchel of Timewarped Badges (contains 100 Timewarped Badges) for 5 Bronze Celebration Token and Bag of Timewarped Badges (contains 20 Timewarped Badges) for 1 Bronze Celebration Token.
While this is not meant to be any type of replacement method for the ones that have been lost, it can at least give you a way to get some Badges if you have spare Bronze Tokens.
