there seems to be a weird bug where the game is sending me lost mail, it went to all my existing characters and any time i make a new character the lost mail is sent to them when i try to retrieve the mail it cant not be taken. is there a way to remove the sending of this mail ?
I have had the same experience. I suspect it impacted everyone. It’s annoying, but probably best to just ignore the mail.
