I have a guild for my characters on Earthen Ring. Tuesday night, I withdrew 100k gold from the bank to buy a warband bank tab. The guild log showed a withdrawal of 100k, and it removed the gold from the guild bank…but never showed up on my character. I tried a couple more 25k withdrawals, which does show on the money log in the guild tab, but were never removed form the guild bank. The only withdrawal which did work, was a 100 gold removal (which did show up on my character).
What’s going on, and is there any chance that gold will be returned? I can’t even get the customer support page to load up in game to submit a ticket.

I haven’t lost any gold, though I’ve had a hell of a time getting gold to come out of my guild bank. I can get it in increments of like 5k to 1k, but anything more and it just refuses to withdraw and even small amounts fail after a few withdrawals (seems to be about 3).
I have noticed in my own guild bank log that attempts to get like 100k or more are listed, I don’t get gold, but the amount in the guild bank doesn’t go down either.
Item deposits and removals work fine, but it’s safe to say something is bugged with gold withdrawal.

I also lost gold and wrote a ticket about it and the reply said they acknowledge the guild bank has had issues accessing gold but supposedly not loosing gold. Now I see your post I knew I was not the only one. Keep writing tickets. The gold was lost due to a bug in the programming not our fault as customers. It really is upsetting when they try to brush you off instead of addressing the issues and fixing it. Another toon Haggles had a similar issue and posted on another thread.
