Hi,
I had a pair of 437 Explusion Boots that I attempted to recraft last Tuesday into 447. I applied an Enchanted Aspect Crest, confirmed the dialog telling me the Wyrm’s Crest would be destroyed. Unfortunately my recraft only netted me 4 star 444 boots.
I then attempted 3 recrafts, the 1st two did not hit 5 stars, but the 3rd did. Unfortunately, when I examined the item my Aspect’s Crest was gone, and the item was 427!
Recrafting is not supposed to consume enchanted crests that are applied, but that is exactly what happened in this case. Can you please refund my lost Enchanted Aspect’s Crest?
I reported this in-game last Tuesday, and have been told by various GMS:
- that’s how it works
- it’s a bug, but only a visual bug
- it’s a bug, you need to report a bug
So I’m here on the forums trying to report a bug, again, in the hopes that maybe I can get my lost mats back. This has been a very, very frustrating experience.
