Hello, I recently paid for a subscription, haven’t played in 2 years. All my characters are gone. How can I get them back? Had 3 80’s and a bunch of others, pretty well geared. Do not want to start over. Any suggestions/?

Benediction I believe, all were there. now I see none.

If support and suggestions from people here don’t help I’d try going to the account information and settings to look at all your deleted stuff. Should be a full log of everything.
Yes but how do I get to see them? They are not there and I have tried a few suggestions and still nowhere to be seen.
What client is your Bnet loading into?
Your 80s are on the cataclysm classic launcher… not the wow classic era or anniversary launcher.
If you aren’t seeing death wing flying around on the login screen, you’re on the wrong client.

And you clicked on Benediction and you have no. Characters?
Benediction is very much still a server… Soo if you played them in wotlk. They are still around somewhere.
Did you maybe have a 2nd account and accidentally subbed the wrong one?

update Cata from the Launcher, close WoW, open it again.
If they still truly are not on any ream - try click “Characters” in the realms selection screen and check on any realm showing a number of characters present.
If they’re still not there, on any Cata realm, they were probably lost in the big consolidation mess of July 2022. I do not know if anything can be done about this now. Tickes might be your sole solution.
Google “wow item restoration”. Follow the official blizzard link. It should show you a list of all of the characters on your account. Edit: I posted the link
