Character seems to be reverted back to level 8 and had a race change. Icyblood was a level 120 Blood Elf Deathknight and my main character but for some reason is standing in the Deathknight starting zone. I took a break after playing Battle for Azeroth (mid Covid) right before Shadowlands launched. I hope this is fixable. I have countless hours and achievements tied to that character. I hope to hear back soon. Thank you!
