Lost but not forgotten. Is this gone forever?

There is a Unique item in Gnomergan called “Security DELTA Data Access Card.” It has a low drop rate (3%) from the mechanized mobs in the dungeon. You use it to learn an engineering recipe in the dungeon. It can be traded/sold/etc. but it is “Unique.”

I farmed Gnomergan yesterday twice for an hour each time and it did not drop. Meanwhile, another item with a 3% drop rate off these mobs (Fused Wiring) was dropping, I got six of them.

My question is: since the DELTA card is unique, is it possible that, if I did Gnomergan when I was leveling and looted and destroyed the card then, is that preventing it from dropping for me now?

I am an engineer, btw.

Please advise.

I recall seeing at least 2 Delta cards drop while farming. I think you’ve just been unlucky with it.

You can get them multiple times, I have done that recently. You’re just getting unlucky with it.

Unique means you can only wear one or carry one not that you can only get them once, there are multiple trinkets rings and what not that are unique,what made you think they were a one time drop item?
