Clicking on Booty Bay, Jade Forest, or Winterspring does not activate the next part of the quest. There a bunch of people standing around the ‘Dragon Locator’ unable to continue this questline, we are all stuck with the same issue.
Abandoning the quest & relogging does not correct it.

Same, just came back to the game yesterday & got stuck on this questline.
Same here, those exact 3 locations. Clicked on the icon on the locator map, nothing happens. Was really enjoying this questline too

I am also unable to access the Lost Blue Dragons. I click on the map, the location disappears, but no quest pops. Relogging does not help, UI Reload doesn’t help.

Also having this issue with the same 3 locations, sucks because I was really enjoying going through all the story quests and this killed all my momentum questing and reading.
Having the exact issue with exact locations. I have tried these things.
- Abandon quest.
- Logging off and back on
- Clearing cache and wtf folders
- Flying to new location and back to see if it is a phase issue
- Disabled all addons
- Choose locations in different order after abandoning quest
- Went to Valdrakkon, portaled to Org and then back again
Please push me through this quest.

same issue here with the same locations but I will note I have done this quest a week before the patch on jan 16th and it worked fine then if that helps the tech team any to find the problem

Anyone heard back on this yet? I see reports for the locator orb missing, but no reports on being unable to accept the BB, Jade Forest and Winterspring quests (which is the exact problem I’m having)
I was having the same issue. In the same area around the spire, I had a problem with another quest which wants you to collect energy and ultimately results in the opening of/access to the waygates. I decided to try to clear out any quests in the area and started with that one. That quest was ALSO bugged and the energy bar wouldn’t fill, but I read a report by someone that if you went away, and came back to the area only by using the flight master and not your dragon, and did not get back on the dragon until the energies were collected, it would work… Great. Did it, it worked and I did the few little remaining quests in that line to get access to the waygates. On a total hunch, I decided to go back and try to pick up the Lost Blue Dragons again, accessing the spire area only by flight master. Lo and behold, it DID in fact work and the quest proceeded, letting me choose the next area. Now what I don’t know is whether completing the waygates storyline was the key, or was it really not flying into the spire area. All I know is that once I cleared the first problem and used the same method on the second, all was resolved. Hope this helps someone.
