3 days ago i was setting up the NEW totem bar and all my totems vanished from inventory … I had all 4 and now i cant use ANY of my totem spells . this is really hard to level and to find groups . no one wants a shaman that cant use totems . i have created a ticket and everyday it keeps adding more time to wait . it started out the wait time was 3 days now its 5 days . like i said the shaman is kinda useless without totems … i have disabled all mods and such and even tried to get the quests again and nothing has worked … tried on another machine without mods as well . please please please help . 
You should be able to talk to a shaman trainer to retrieve them. Keep in mind the totem items function differently in wotlk.
First once you get all four totems they can be combined into a single item.
Second some totem equipment slots also count as your 4 totem item pieces so you no longer need to carry them in your inventory.
I would start with talking to your trainer first though.
