Lost access to upgraded heirloom after Remix purchase

I have the Normal version of Hellscream’s War Staff at 3/4 upgrade levels on retail. I saw that I could purchase the Heroic version of Hellscream’s War Staff on Remix.

When I purchased the Heroic version of Hellscream’s War Staff, I suddenly became unable to see the Normal, upgraded version of Hellscream’s War Staff in my Heirlooms collection, forcing me to use the Heroic, unupgraded version of Hellscream’s War Staff.

Any previously created Normal versions of Hellscream’s War Staff properly retained their upgrade level, but I cannot create more as I can’t see it in the Heirlooms collection anymore.

Please fix this.

I believe they only dropped from Heroic.

“With the release of Patch 6.0, the drop rate of the Heirloom weapons from Garrosh Hellscream on Normal, Heroic, and Mythic difficulties will be significantly increased.”

The Garrosh heirloom weapons dropped on all difficulties above LFR.

Yes I just read about"Normal", but Normal is also as Heroic being the new Normal.
This is on the Mop Remix Heroic and Mythic Vender.

I am still unable to see my 3/4 upgraded, normal mode version of my heirloom, as my 0/4 heroic mode version continues to supercede it. Please add the ability to see multiple versions of the Garrosh heirlooms if you have them unlocked from multiple difficulties.

Do you have a toon with the Normal one equiped?
Post on that toon if you can…

This alt has Hellscream’s War Staff (Normal) equipped [as of the time of this post]. He can’t see it in the heirlooms list either.

…and for the sake of argument, this alt has Hellscream’s War Staff (Heroic) equipped [as of the time of this post]. He also has a Hellscream’s War Staff (Normal) in his inventory, but cannot see it in the heirloom list, as the heirloom list is prioritizing showing Hellscream’s War Staff (Heroic).

EDIT: I have since unequipped it so a GM can hopefully take a closer look at the two staves in his bags.

Since it is on a cloth toon … Normal.
Druid is a leather toon… Heroic.
Is the list holding back the cloth toon’s gear from the leather toons list?
Two-Hand Polearm … Heroic.
Two-Hand Staff … Normal.
